Her career has spanned many facets of HR, including disability management, employee benefits consulting, payroll advisory, and workplace communications. Over the past seven years, Maureen has transitioned into full-cycle HR advisory and executive-level HR leadership, guiding organizations through audits, compliance reviews, policy development, and cultural transformation.
As a communications expert and neurodivergent servant leader, Maureen leads Chosen Path Innovations with a people-first philosophy—grounded in empathy, equity, and a commitment to clarity. She now supports clients in highly regulated industries by delivering custom-built HR systems (HRIS, LMS, QMS), compliance frameworks, and ongoing fractional HR leadership tailored to startups, scaling teams, and mission-driven enterprises.

With a background in power engineering and senior operations management, Joshua Massey brings over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale capital projects within the commercial real estate and building operations sector.
